The Report
Through this report, you will easily find out which companies are the largest revenue generators in the field of Events and Groups, as well as average indicators for each company.
Access the report from menu Reports -> Section 'Events / Groups' -> Top Performing Companies. Enter the period for which you want to view the data. You can also choose how many of the top companies to display (e.g., top 10, top 20), whether to view Net or Gross values, and optionally select a different currency.
Understanding the results
When you generate the report, you will see the following information:
- Revenue: Charges posted to event folios directly, or those applied through Meeting Room Bookings and Catering. Charges for accommodation (if any) are excluded.
- Events / Groups: The number of events or groups organized by this company.
- Average Revenue per Event = Revenue / Number of Events
- Guests: The total number of guests (based on the PAX field in the event).
- Average Revenue per Guest = Revenue / Guests
- Total Duration: The total duration of events in days (based on the event period, including the end date).
- Average Duration = Duration / Number of Events
- Average Revenue per Day = Revenue / Duration
- Totals Row: Displays the sum for all companies with events during the selected period, not just for the top-performing ones shown in the list.
