The contract has been configured, the rates for it have been created and set up, but for now they are only active for the company for which we created the TO contract. If we want them to be available to other companies on the market, the most convenient approach is to create a Company Contract.

Creating a Company Contract

From the menu Companies → Company Contracts , add a new contract using the “+” button in the upper right corner. Fill in the following fields:

  • Name – enter a short and clear name, for example, "Contract WEU";
  • Expiry date – this field is not mandatory. In our case, it can be left blank because we have already defined the periods in the tour operator contract. This allows the contract to remain 'open' and, if necessary, to add new rates with different price periods;
  • Rate tags – select the label we used to designate the rates from the TO contract (WIN25/26-WEU).

Finally, save the contract.

Activating the contract for a specific company

Once the Company Contract has been created, we need to apply it to the companies to which these prices apply:

  • Open the company search screen from the Companies menu.
  • Find the specific company and open it for review.
  • In the "Company Contract" section, select "Edit".
  • Select the Contract WEU contract from the list and save.

We repeat these steps for all companies for which the TO contract rates are valid.
