In order to bring a more personalized experience to the guest, you can add many languages to the BookDirect. This allows guests to select their preferred language and go through the booking process in that language (find more information about Languages in Clock PMS+ HERE). Having this in mind, it is only normal that at the last step, where guests enter their (contact) details, the labels of the fields are also in that language.

Guest profile field labels (names) are already set for the following languages:
Of course, we completely understand that sometimes you may want the wording of the label to be different than the one that we have set. Because of this, you have complete freedom to change the wording through the Languages and texts menu. Navigate to menu Settings->All Settings->Languages and Texts-> select the 'Guest profile fields/Translation' section for the language you want to edit.
On the page that opens up, simply enter the wording of your choice for the respective profile fields. This will override our default translation of the field and the one you've set will be visualized.
Important: If you translate a profile field for a language supported by the Clock user interface (the one you and your staff use), that translation will be used in the user interface as well.
In addition to this, by using the same section - 'Guest profile fields/Translation' - you can add the fields translations for languages for which there is no translation.
