Deluxe Room (DLUX) price including breakfast

Price analysis

• The minimum price for double occupancy is 180.
• There are additional charges depending on the age of the children.
• There is also a condition for a third adult → 30% of the price for double occupancy.

We must enter the price 180 as the value for the season so that the system can calculate the percentage surcharge correctly.

Guest levels

Always start with the children's levels when configuring the price for a specific bed. Arrange the levels sequentially, following the order of the beds in the room – this way, the system will apply the correct prices for children and adults.

Levels for children with 1 adult

• Child, age 4 → price 0 - if the second guest is a child under 5, there is no additional charge.
• Child, age 11 → price 0 - if the second guest is a child under 11, there is also no additional charge.
• Child, age 11 → price 30 - a second child under 11 is considered a third guest (extra bed) – additional charge of 30.

If the second child is also under 4 years old, the system will apply the last level for this age group (0).

Levels for 2 adults

• Level Adult/Child → price 0 - if the second guest is an adult, there is no surcharge on the base price (180).
• Levels for combination 2+1:
  • Child, age 4 → price 0 - the small child, on the third bed, does not pay extra.
  • Child, age 11 → price 30 - the older child on the third bed pays 30.

Third adult

• Level Adult/Child, in the "Percentage" field, enter 30, which is applied to the base price (180). Thus, the third adult will pay an additional 54 (30% of 180).

With these rates, we have described all occupancy options for the Deluxe room:

• 1+1 (double occupancy) → $100
• 1+2 (adult + 2 children) → $100 + $30 (if one child is over 5 years old)
• 2+0 (two adults) → $100.00
• 2+1 (two adults + child) → $100 + $30 (if the child is over 5 years old)
• 3+0 (three adults) → 180 + 54 (third adult +30%)
