The Activity Calendar has 4 different view modes that you can choose from. The period selector and the Show hotel occupancy, Filter, Template and Settings buttons are available on all view modes. Below is an explanation of each.
'By Hours' view mode
This view mode:
- shows a particular date
- you can use the settings button to enable the full 24 hours (1) - from 00:00 until 23:59, set what the interval on the calendar will be (2), show the hotel occupancy (3) or set what the default start/end time and interval would be (4).
- Setup style selector: for both Meeting rooms and Restaurants you can select a particular Setup style. This will filter the spaces and leave only the ones that support that Setup style. Check Creating Meeting Rooms and Creating Restaurants (locations) for more details.
- Filters: through the Filter button you can control which spaces you see on the calendar. You can select several meeting rooms and/or restaurants and only those will show on the calendar. Furthermore, you can also filter for spaces that can accommodate a particular number of attendees.
'By Activities' view mode
The 'By Activies' view mode showcases all booked activities. It can be generated for a period.
- You have the same filters for the setup style and the locations.
- You can click on an activity to open it for edit.
- You can click on the calendar to start creating an activity for the meeting room/restaurant.
'By Half day' view mode
The 'By Half day' view mode divides a day in two - morning and afternoon - 12:00 noon being the cut-off. It can be generated for a period.
- You have the same filters for the setup style and the locations.
- For each location you see:
- how many activities you have in total for the morning and afternoon in that location (1)
- total number of PAX for the morning and afternoon from all activities (2)
- clicking on any of the boxes will open the 'By hours' mode for that date, filtered for the particular meeting room or restaurant.
'By Day' view mode
The By Day mode shows the occupancy for a full day. It can be generated for a period.
- You have the same filters for the setup style and the locations.
- For each location you see:
- how many activities you have in total for the day in that location (1)
- total number of PAX for the day from all activities (2)
- clicking on any of the boxes will open the 'By hours' mode for that date, filtered for the particular meeting room or restaurant.
