Once we have specified all the parameters of the contract, we can proceed to configuration:
We log into the company profile or through the search screen for TO contracts.
We create a new contract.
- In the first section (top left), we fill in the basic parameters:
- We select the company from the list;
- Enter the name of the contract;
- Select the currency in which the prices are agreed;
- If applicable, set the tourist tax regime.
Setting the basic parameters
Once we have specified all the parameters of the contract, we proceed to configuration:
Room types and meals
We enter the room types and meals that are covered by the contract.
It is good practice to use the designations from the contract. This way, the documents that will be issued to the partner will have the same names, regardless of how they are entered in the system.
Age groups
We enter the age groups for children specified in the contract. Each group is entered with a maximum age, which is treated as inclusive (e.g., "children up to 12 years old" means that 12-year-olds are also included in this group).
Our sample contract includes two age groups:
- Infant - maximum age 2;
- Child - maximum age 12.
Seasons
We introduce the seasons with their time periods. The sample contract specifies 5 periods, but two of them have the same prices. Therefore, we will introduce 4 seasons in the system, adding two periods for one of them.
