Pipeline is a dedicated screen designed to enhance sales management by clearly visualizing events according to their sales stages. It provides an organized perspective, helping you quickly assess and manage events as they move through your sales process. You can access it via the Event -> Pipeline navigation menu or as a quick access tab when searching for events.
Important: To use the Pipeline, you must first create Sales Stages and assign them to your existing events.
Pipeline Screen Features:
Stage Selection (1): By default, it includes stages you've marked as "Include in Pipeline view." Customize the screen by selecting any combination of stages.
Multiple Views (2):
Traditional Pipeline view;
Compact view;
Print-friendly Table view
Advanced Filtering Options (3): Filter events based on:
Event arrival period
Expected revenue value (above or below a specified threshold). You can also select the revenue currency.

Event guest count (PAX)
Assigned user or department
Marketing metrics (Source, Channel, Segment)
Flexible Sorting (4): Events can be sorted ascending or descending by:

Once users select their criteria and run a search, they will see all events falling within the Sales stages they've selected to view.
In the results, you will:
- See estimated revenue totals per sales stage and quantity of events in that stage (1).
See individual events within each stage.
Be able to directly edit the expected revenue and close dates (2).
Additionally, you have at your disposal:
Buttons to quickly advance an event to the next stage (based on sale stage sort order) (3) or choose any status from a dropdown menu (4).
Button to quickly switch between views in the upper right corner (5).
Important: When using Sales Stages, you must create at least one stage configured to set the event status to either 'Cancelled' or 'No Show'. This is required to properly handle event cancellations.
