Set the period for which booking notes are to be kept, as upon the expiration of this period booking notes will automatically be deleted from the system. This feature can be very useful when abiding by the requirements for personal data like the ones under the GDPR. To set a retention period
- navigate to Settings-> All Settings-> section Booking-> Booking notes retention period
- fill in the number of months for which your booking notes are to be kept.
