When you are no longer in need of a rate plan, you can archive it so that it (and the rates in it) do not show up in the various screens and lists throughout the system.
Archiving
To archive a Rate plan navigate to the rate plans section - menu Settings -> Rate plans. Click the 'More...' tab and select 'Rate Plans'.
You will be presented with a list of all of your Rate Plans. Click on the one you wish to archive, select 'Archived' and save.
At this stage, the system will list all rates from the Rate plan which will be automatically stopped for sale.
Once you confirm, the Rate plan and associated rates will be Archived - stopped for sale and hidden from lists and screens.
Restoring a Rate plan
To restore a rate plan, navigate to the same section and from the icon at the top right, select 'Show archived'.
This will show the rate plan in the list and to restore it, edit the rate plan and remove the 'Archived' selection.
Important: Please note that once you restore a rate plan, you will need to manually edit the rates and remove the 'STOP' restriction.
