Auto send invoice via email

This setting allows you to send a folio/invoice via email to the guest automatically once you close the document. You have 2 options to consider:

  1. Automatically send the email when EVERY folio is closed.
  2. Automatically send the email only when the folio is closed due to payment through the Check-in Kiosk, Booking Engine, Guest portal, or Monthly billing.

To configure, navigate to Settings-> All Settings->section Documents-> Auto send folio email template with folio closure

  • If you want to automatically send the email with EVERY folio closure, select the 'Auto send folio email template on folio close' button AND select the 'Folio email template' that will be used.
  • If you want the folio email to be sent only when the payment is made through the Check-in Kiosk, Booking Engine, Guest portal, or Monthly billing, select ONLY a Folio email template that will be used.

Note: You must have a Custom Folio email template created to use this feature.
